After a real long time, finally put up my online folio - www.parikshitrao.com. This shows my work as an Indian travel photographer, after two whole years of backpacking in India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. Awesome countries, I hope awesome pictures too.

Throughout my journey, I met some very good people and some highly annoying ones as well. In two years, we backpacked across the Himalayas - from India to Nepal to Bhutan and back. Check out the travel galleries at www.parikshitrao.com/galleries/travel/

All along we also did some major work, working with travel magazines and all our clients while being on the move. One of the most memorable ones was with Rolling Stone, where we gave the material almost 6 months later than schedule. But then, one cannot lament about these things when you're living in splendidly remote himalayan places with no net or phone connections. Some of the musicians I shot in India can be seen here

Now am in Bangalore and all is well. I'm still working with a lot of magazines, and I still am itching to go travelling. Sometime at the end of this month, will be heading off to Uttaranchal for some average treks, connect spiritually with the world again, and basically be with my lady love.
